New Returns Form
All returns to our warehouse must include our returns form. Please complete and include with your order.
Ohio Prime Retail offers a 14 Days Return Policy on all returnable products purchased. Return requests must be submitted within 14 Days after receiving the shipment. All returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse.
We only accept cancellations when the order is still being processed internally. Once the order is shipped, the order will not be processed under our 14 Days Return Policy.
**Order cancellation must be submitted by creating a cancellation ticket. Requesting a cancellation by any other communications channel (e.g., email) will not be accepted.
If you would like to return a product purchased from us under our 14 Days Return Policy, use a trackable shipping service for the returned items to avoid any potential loss or dispute.
If your item is defective, faulty, or dead on arrival due to the manufacturer’s fault, Ohio Prime Retail will pay for the return shipping.
To request a return, please visit the page: “RMA (Return Material Arrangement)”, fill in the form, and submit it.
**The customer is fully responsible for the return of any item during transit. Ohio Prime Retail will not be liable for any return shipments that have been lost or damaged during transit.
If you return an item without any reasons, it should meet the below conditions:
– The item was purchased from Ohio Prime Retail.
– You have submitted the return request (RMA ticket) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
– You have received our authorization for your request (RMA ticket).
– The item is returned with a copy of the receipt/invoice.
– The item is returned in the original packaging, in the condition that was received, including all accessories, materials, free gifts, and so on.
– The item is returned to Ohio Prime Retail within 7 calendar days after the return request was authorized.
**Due to Health and Hygiene concerns, grocery, personal, and health care products (e.g., shavers, facial massagers), headphones and earphones are excluded from our 14 Days Return Policy.
Upon receiving your returned parcel,Ohio Prime Retail will issue a refund within 14 business days.
A refund will be credited to the payment method you used to place the order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification email.
A full refund or replacement will be issued, subject to the following conditions:
– The item was bought from Ohio Prime Retail .
– You have submitted the return request via RMA ticket.
– You have received our authorization for your request.
– You have returned your item with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
– You have returned your item with the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received by you (including all accessories, all materials, free gifts, etc.)
– The item is returned within 14 days after the request is authorized.
– The reasons for return are due to issues related to Ohio Prime Retail.
Additional Notes on our Return Policy:
– You must take reasonable care of the items, accessories, and manufacturer’s packaging when returning them, to ensure that they are in an original and undamaged condition.
– Upon returned item has been received by Ohio Prime Retail , we reserve the right to refuse the return if we deem the item to have been mishandled.
– If a return is refused upon arrival at Ohio Prime Retail , the customer must pay us the return shipping fees to have the product shipped back to them.
- No insurance will be applied to shipments of items whose return was refused.
- We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage to merchandise during the return transit.
– Due to the nature of Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) we only offer returns if:
- Five or more dead/bright pixels are visible in any position
- 3 or more dead/bright pixels are visible within 3mm of one another
– If your parcel is missing an item or accessories, we will resend you the missing item(s) after investigating with the courier.
