How can I buy a product at Ohio Prime Retail?

To make a purchase on our website, you only have to choose one or more available products, choose the desired options and complete the order using our online purchase system: it’s as easy as that! If you have any problems or there is an error, please let us know at sales@ohioprimeretail.com. Once we receive your message, we’ll have it solved in the blink of an eye!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept any of the following payment methods: Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Paypal. We exceed all security standards when it comes to the data you provide us with. All personal information is secure and safe at all times. We also don’t store any banking information supplied during purchase. To process an order, data is encrypted and sent safely to our payment gateway. 

Can I buy Ohio Prime Retail in a physical store?

No. Sorry, we are strictly an online business.

If I make a mistake entering my personal information during the purchase/registration; can I change it?

If you made a mistake during purchase, write to us at sales@ohioprimeretail.com  and explain to us the situation. We’ll modify it as soon as possible.

I haven’t received any order confirmation, is everything okay?

Once you have completed your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation automatically. If you haven’t received anything in your email inbox, don’t forget to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, write to us at sales@ohioprimeretail.com  and we’ll send you a copy.

How can I request an invoice?

Please contact us at sales@ohioprimeretail.com. Don’t forget to include your order number, to find your order faster and issue the correct invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have to cancel your order after receiving your order confirmation, please write to us at sales@ohioprimeretail.com. We will process your cancellation and refund your payment within the next five business days.

When should I expect to receive my purchase after placing the order?

It takes Ohio Prime Retail about 2-3 days to internally process and ship your order. Shipments within the continental U.S. take about 3-5 business days to arrive at their destination.

How long are the exchange and return periods?

Items that might be returned or exchanged (e.g., grocery items are not returnable) are allowed 30 days from the purchase date to initiate the exchange/return process.
